Room is good size, Staff is friendly, Standard breakfast (steamed egg was so good, but drinks ran out and not refilled). Overall, decor is fine. Building/elevator is on the older side. The bathroom is actually by the window next to the freeway. We had to close the glass door all the times to reduce the noise from the freeway. Also have to close the blinds so that no one can see into the bathroom. So, we have to turn the light on all the times.

Great people, facilities clean, and desk folks always had food suggestions for nearby food, some shopping

Very nice staff, good breakfast. Good value for the money, central location convenient. Not very close to metro so used taxis more than I liked.

Nice place to stay

Stayed here for the first time, booked the Double Deluxe room. There was a check-in counter, manned 24/7. Not sure why Hotels states there isn't one. Check in was quick and easy. There was a smell in the hotel, but it's almost unnoticeable. Public transport in the area is not that great. However, there is a 7-11 nearby the hotel for your snacks and necessities. The room was large. Had a King sized bed and a couch with space left. The bathroom was huge too with a big bathtub and separate shower, if that's what you look for. Could get noisy as it's facing the highway but with the bathroom door shut and curtains drawn, the room is almost silent. The downsides of the room are the small but important ones. No full length mirror, no clock and the only wall plug was at the table across the bed. My ceiling had some dust bunnies hanging from it as well. Also, to borrow an iron and ironing board, you would have to pay almost NTD4000. I did not borrow them so I hope it is only a deposit. Aside from that, the breakfast had an okay spread of protein and carbs. Can also make toast and coffee. Friendly staff will make your mornings good. When it's time to leave, just book a taxi from the front desk, which cost me NTD1200. This hotel is a good choice if you don't mind not being able to bang out some weights, the slightly inconvenient location or not being able to charge your phone while lying in bed.

Could have provide more TV channel

A strong smell came from the building, but you get used to it after being there.

An excellent hotel. The room was large and the soaking tub was excellent. The hotel is in an commercial type area (car parts, cleaning cars, etc) and the MRT was not close, but the quality of the hotel made up for this. Breakfast was good and even when there were a lot of people in the restaurant there was always fresh, hot food being brought out.
