I would not recommend staying at this hotel from the very beginning. It was frustrating. They never answered the phone when I tried calling ahead of my stay, communication was very poorly. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful on top of that. They attempt to charge me an additional $17 USD/ 445k DONG per night for my girlfriend to stay a few nights with me which I felt it was unreasonable giving the length of my stay which it was two weeks overall this was not a pleasant experience. I would definitely choose a better hotel next time.

ROACHES! STAY CLEAR. Since day one we reported this and they said they would come clean and spray repellent. Yet each day we found new ones we would kill. My grandmother was so scared we started sleeping with some lights on. This hotel “surface cleans” right away we noticed dust on shelves and the tub did not appear clear. We expressed our frustration and asked for a partial refund and they said no. Only offering a lunch voucher which we declined so they offered a free ride to the airport which we took. I informed hotels and they tried their best to level with the property but overall they did not care. I would highly suggest paying extra to stay literally anywhere else.

Comfy apartment that was regularly cleaned and tidied. Breakfast each morning was lovely. Coffees were yummy too. Easy location for taxi pick up (30 minutes drive to old quarter) and quiet of an evening.

A little off the beaten path and tucked away on a fairly crowded street. The front of the hotel had workers doing construction when I arrived. The room was small but the air conditioning and hot water worked fine. The breakfast had a nice variety and the food was good. All staff were pleasant and would return there again.

They made me wait when I return the key like I have stolen something then my hair color stain a little the sheets they send me a message they wanted me to paid for it then they were oh the stain came out

Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up. Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support!

Great value for money. Property is in great condition (almost new), and very spacious. Grocery and good restos neearby. Hotel is a bit far from main attractions. They can improve on the restaurant though - the waitress is not very attentitive, and they run out of food options even when you arrive early. Anyway, i still plan to stay here in the future and i reco this hotel.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this property. Very clean, very well maintained. The bathroom in the room was top notch(can't miss to mention this). Breakfast options were decent too. Overall a happy experience.
