The staff were very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to help us out, ( especially Hanna during breakfast)which made our stay most enjoyable.The location was excellent. The only issue for us was that the rooftop bar and spa pool was unavailable on our first night. Being from a colder country, we were looking forward to using.

Beautiful hotel which exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The staff is amazing, everyone was always willing to assist with such professionalism. The breakfast was delicious with a buffet style in addition to an à la carte menu which was included. Bed super comfortable with really nice linen. Overall, best value, staff and location in the old quarter. We will book this hotel again should our family be returning to Hanoi.

The staff here are very nice and helpful. On our arrival they offer us a tray with cold washcloth, drink, fruits, lotus candies and homemade yogurt. The hotel is small and pricing a little high, but it's worth it because it's in the old town .

Good hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, speedy service, polite and courteous, even packed take away breakfast boxes for us at the early checkout. Highly recommend to those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Everything was great, food, rooftop bar, rooms. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Helped us book all the activities and trips and made sure we got back safe and sound.
