Ample space in the rooms. 7-11 right next to the hotel was useful. Proximity to Ximending was ideal. Our favourite part was having two adjoining rooms for our family of four! We got breakfast vouchers and the restaurant was fine, but probably wouldn't recommend eating there every day if you have to pay.

Spacious, clean room with friendly staffs. Lobby located on the second floor w/certain toiletries. Coin Laundry on the third floor comes in handy. Easy check in and check out with kiosk. Comfortable medium firm beds, water pressure shower was good. Shower and toilet were separated. Excellent location by Ximen transportation stations, shopping, and dining areas. Street Living performance some evenings during our stay. Mostly quiet down after 9pm. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers. We can’t wait to return.

This hotel has a fantastic location, it's near Ximengding and there are 2 MRT exit (3 & 6) directly in front of the hotel. The restaurant on level offered great food and price is reasonable. If you are staying in this hotel, you get 5% discount. I highly recommend this hotel to you if you want convenient.

Everything was great! Super clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff (my kids felt so comfortable about them!) My husband and I kept sending them downstairs to get a tea bag or something else and they loved doing it! If you want a pool, you need to find another hotel but if you are there to explore the city, that is definitely the place for you!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean. You can get some basic supplies such as qtip, wet tissue paper, earplugs, etc. from the lobby. There is a water dispenser (cold, warm, and hot) on each floor and there is a jug in the room for you to get water back to your room. The hotel is just steps away from the Ximen MRT exit #2 and very convenient. This exit doesn't have escalator nor elevator though. If you have heavy luggages, you will need to use other exits and walk over here. We arrived Taipei in the morning and couldn't check in yet. The hotel has concierge service and kept our luggage till we check in. When we checked out, the staff helped us to use the self-serve luggage storage and we could pick up the luggages on our own before heading to the airport at night.

Great location right across from Ximen shopping area and metro entrences #2 and 3 right in front of the hotel, lots of restaurants and shopping. Lobby was on the 2nd floor. Room was super clean and climate control AC was a big plus. They had 3 coin washers and 4 coin dryers and 1 microwave on the 3rd floor. The only complain was our room (Deluxe city view) was facing the main Chunghua Road, could hear ambulance passing by at night even from the 14th floor (the highest), so I ended it up using ear plungs every night. I would have chosen the park view but you would hear the construction from next building from 8 AM to 8 PM daily, per the receptionist. Due to the noise, I gave 4 stars.
