3rd time staying here. Amazing service, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and I love koi pond. Jason is a great GM and his team is always keen to help. I feel valued and cared for. Will come back again!

helpful staff, beautiful lobby and outside koi pond area! Place is well kept and is right next to a family mart and 7 eleven! When you check in there’s free tea and snacks.. what a treat.

Room smelled like smoke. Pretty strongly. They offered to move my room but I figured it would be the same. Everyone in Taiwan smokes. There are cigarette butts everywhere outside lol. I liked that the room was quiet and new and clean so I just dealt with it. It had a balcony and the curtains by the balcony were the source of the smell. People obviously go outside to smoke and it gets on the curtains. Everything else is very nice. I’d say upscale hotel. Very clean and modern. Pillows are hard as rocks but manageable.

My husband and I always feel welcome at Joyfultel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and always provides different varieties for east and west customers.

We are very happy staying at this hotel, check in was seamless, front desk staffs were very courteous, our room was very large with 3 beds, it was spotlessly clean. Many varieties & choices for breakfast, even the staffs in the break room were very friendly & helpful. Free snacks & various types of tea & coffee were available in the sitting area. The manager Mr Lee was very friendly & professional, he went out of the way to give us a ride to the MRT station on his way home after his shift was over. We have no complaints at all with this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Taoyuan.
