Because the Jen is undergoing renovation the whole experience was very much less than we had experienced in previous visits. No pool, no club rooms, no club lounge. Interaction with staff very limited in comparison with previous years

There were renovations in progress close to our room, causing it to be very noisy. On our arrival, we found it way too noisy. We were moved to a more quiet side of the hotel. Staff very accommodating without an6 hassles.

Samostatný pobyt · Pre voľný čas

The room is too cold even after I turned off the AC. My skin got itchy after I spent several hours in the room. Not sure if it's because the air is too dry or because there are bugs in the room as the room is old. I have never had this itchy experience in other hotels, so this is a red flag for me. Location is great, just next to the exit of MTR.

Hodnotenie hviezdičkami:

In our continuous efforts to elevate our guest experience, we are commencing an enhancement project for some of our guest rooms, including the Deluxe Room, Club Room, and Suite, starting in early August 2025. The Club Lounge, rooftop pool, and fitness centre will be temporarily closed for approximately eight months. Convenience, comfort, and culture. That’s what you’re getting when you check in at JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La. Drop off your bags and start exploring. The dynamic Western District is right on your doorstep. Think bustling wet markets, hole-in-the-wall eateries, and a store that only sells handmade bamboo steamers. Or make the most of our ample transport links and see what the rest of the city’s got going on – our concierge can get the ball rolling with suggestions.
