I liked that one can take the bus for airport/hotel transfer. The area itself has a mix of everything, one can spend a few days just exploring the hood. My requests for high floor and nice view were generously granted at the front desk, the housekeeping staff was so warm, my stay has been very enjoyable. Thank you!

The hotel has very nice views and price was reasonable - I booked all harbor view rooms for my 2 weeks stay. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly - they even got my room ready for early checkin with a nice view - without me asking knowing my return from a very tiring trip! I want to specially mention my housekeeper Ms. Wong Lifen - she gave GREAT SERVICES to me, and every time I wanted something she just popped out right away with a big smile! I loved that! The only slight discomfort was the tiny shower area and slow drain in it. THANK YOU for making my stay with you such a pleasant experience! Highly recommended hotel and I will definitely return next time.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The extra perk being that we arrived a couple of hours earlier expecting to simply throw our bags in a room however they actually checked us into our room! The hotel was clean and staff were really helpful and pleasant. Would happily stay again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful, however the HVAC in the room was really loud and the bathroom ventilation wasn't great. The hotel breakfast was also a little disappointing.
