I rarely write reviews unless I’m asked to, but this time, I truly feel that my guide Prakash Neupane and porter Narra deserve to be recognized. I recently did a solo trek to ABC from 18–22 September, and they took such good care of me throughout the entire journey. My guide was kind, calm, patient, and incredibly helpful. He always hiked at my pace and stayed behind me to make sure I was safe. During the first 20–30 minutes of the trek, I struggled a bit with the hikking. He told me to take my time. After that, I gradually found my own pace and started to really enjoy hiking. Throughout the whole 5D/4N trek, I felt incredibly comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. Along the way, we even became more like friends rather than just a guide and trekker. And of course, the views at ABC were absolutely amazing! 🏔️✨ I had so many unforgettable memories and I’m very grateful to my guide and porter for making this journey such a wonderful experience. 🤍

Našťastie som mal skvelý výhľad na východ slnka a hory, hoci deň predtým nebolo jasné počasie. Keďže v Nepále bol neskorý monzún. Skvelý prístup k službám! Odporúčam.

Moja priateľka a ja sme zažili absolútne neuveriteľný zážitok s naším sprievodcom Bidurom. Od chvíle, keď sme sa stretli, skutočne prekonal všetky očakávania. Nielenže nás našiel (v odľahlom hoteli), ale aj nám osobne pomohol s batožinou, keď sme sa presúvali medzi hotelmi. Počas celej prehliadky bol príkladným sprievodcom – profesionálnym, veľmi dobre informovaným a neuveriteľne detailistickým. Poskytol hlboké poznatky o náboženstve, viere a bohatej kultúrnej štruktúre nepálskeho ľudu, vďaka čomu každé miesto, ktoré sme navštívili, pôsobilo zmysluplne. Keď sme požiadali o zastávku na obed, jeho odbornosť skutočne zažiarila. Namiesto štandardnej turistickej zastávky odporučil autentickú miestnu nepálsku kuchyňu. Venoval čas vysvetleniu tradičných chutí a významu jedál, čím premenil jednoduché jedlo na vrchol nášho dňa. Bidur je zlatý štandard a expert na Nepál. Dhan'yavāda za úžasný zážitok.

Ganesh was such a great guide for my day hike to Australian Base Camp. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I really appreciated how helpful and attentive he was throughout the hike, always checking in and making sure I was okay. And there was an inclusion a very delicious meal which is Dhal Bhat. His positive energy made the journey even more special. Thank you, Ganesh, for making my hike such a memorable one! Highly recommended 😊

The driver was very polite and helpful. The transfer to the hotel was on time, and they even guided us during the tour. The guide wasn't constantly with us, allowing us plenty of free time to explore at our own pace. Although it was the rainy season and we unfortunately couldn't clearly see the sunrise due to clouds and fog, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. For this experience and price, I think it offers excellent value for money.

The company was incredibly responsible even before our departure, providing detailed and prompt responses to our inquiries and regularly reminding us about necessary equipment. This made us feel very reassured before we even left. The day before our departure, the guide met us at our hotel and provided us with duffel bags in advance. From day one, we were so grateful for our guide Tilak's leadership. We had no prior mountaineering experience and our physical stamina was relatively low, but the guide patiently accompanied us at our own pace, never rushing us, even when we walked slowly. Although the journey was challenging, there was no pressure, and we are very thankful to the guide and porters for helping us complete the entire trip. Even though we walked slowly, sometimes until dark, they never complained and ensured we reached the teahouses safely. The teahouse environments and food each night were excellent, and we even had a perfect night at the ABC teahouse. Throughout the entire process, we were grateful for their dedication and assistance; they went above and beyond their job duties, providing immense security and encouragement. They also tried their best to meet our needs; out of the four nights, we only had to share a room for one night, which improved the quality of our rest. We were so fortunate to choose THRILL HIMALAYA to help us complete this trek. While the scenery was beautiful, I believe I might have given up halfway without THRILL HIMALAYA's assistance and arrangements. Two days after completing the trek, they even delivered our certificates to the hotel. Everything was perfectly executed, and the arrangements truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you all! Bikram was such an amazing guide, truly one of the highlights of my trip. He is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. What I appreciated most was his patience, he never rushed me and always made sure I was enjoying every moment. The staff were all incredibly friendly, energetic, and fantastic! Seeing the staff laughing together and getting along so well on the bus ride to the flight location helped ease my pre-flight nerves. Even though I have a fear of heights, the flight was very stable with no turbulence, feeling just like sitting in a chair, and I got to see the most amazing views. My friend encountered a problem, but the staff handled it wonderfully, and I'm very grateful! They also took photos and videos with a GoPro, which made for great memories.
