good customer service from DIY baking HR as we turned up at the wrong paradigm mall and they internally re-arranged the next weekend for us to visit again. was a good experience, instructions were on the ipad and we could ask for assistance when needed.

Overall good experience as per expectations
instructor: one area to improve on is to provide local insights/ sharing on what the herbs/ ingredients are and what they can be used for typically. For foreigners, who are not used to seeing ingredients in the wet market, and also not familiar with concept of wet markets, its good to guide and describe it for them to understand better.

We had a fun time preparing, cooking and assembling Laksa and Ketayap, with Fizah providing guidance, demos and tips. There were multiple activities for all four of us and the recipes turned out great - delicious! We’d highly recommend this experience.
