Had a wonderful day trip to Biei and Furano! 🍂🇯🇵 Big thanks to Lucy for the great tour arrangements and friendly service, and to the drivers for being punctual, professional and driving safely. Everything went smoothly, and we had an amazing time exploring Hokkaido’s beautiful scenery. Highly recommended! ❤️✨

We first visited Hokkaido in 2005, and this time we joined a 1-day local tour through Klook. We are grateful for the great weather today, the well-planned itinerary highlights, and the relaxing pace. We plan to continue using Klook when we go to Okinawa next year. Also, our tour guide today, Jenny, was very attentive and a great communicator. Managing a group of 40 people today is no easy task, yet she handled it with grace and ease. Furthermore, Jenny has excellent language skills, being able to explain things clearly in both English and Mandarin (her native language) with a well-organized delivery that made it easy for us to understand. My wife and I give both the itinerary and Jenny a 5-star rating. Finally, thank you, Jenny, for leading today's trip. 🤝

small tour group with mini-bus. the ride was smooth, syllabus was great and Baku the tour guide was awesome. Baku gave us great tips during the trip (i.e. what to buy at service centre, where to grab lunch at Biei station…). we enjoyed it very much! thx the team for their effort!!!

Decided to go with Klook for this full day tour to the Asahiyama zoo, patchwork road(Ken & Mary tree), Blue pond, waterfall and elves village.. was pretty fulfilling but its a bit rushed no doubt. But we get to experience the beauty of the blue pond and waterfall w/o worrying about the transport. Guide was pretty friendly and was our photographer for the group pics! Totally would recommend this to all 1st timers in Hokkaido!

As a solo traveler I had a great time on this tour - we caught a decent variety of attractions for what the nearby attractions have to offer. The best part was the guide, Alex; he pulled off a trilingual trifecta for the group with Mandarin, English and Japanese. He explained more about the places we were going to than any of the numerous bus tours I’ve been on. The next time I return to Sapporo/Hokkaido region with the family I’ll defiantly try this tour again, and hopefully I’ll get Alex as the same guide again.

We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. A big thank you as well to the tour company for preparing the thoughtful little gifts for us. Such a lovely touch and a beautiful way to end the experience! The place is located near Sapporo station. Massive buildings can be seen around the observation deck. We went to the deck in the afternoon and the place is not crowded. You can see Sapporo city from above on this observation deck.

All the spots we visited were gorgeous! Our tour guide, Xiao Weng, was also wonderful. He introduced the attractions, gave advice on what to buy and how to make the most of our time, and more. I was originally hesitating between this and another package that included Makkari Village to see Mount Yotei, but I didn't expect that I'd get to see Mount Yotei from the TOYA Observatory today anyway! It was stunning and gave me such a pleasant surprise 🫶🏻 Also, Cape Chikyu is truly worth visiting, though it seems less common in other tour packages. You can see from the videos how calm and gentle the color of the sea is 🫶🏻 Plus, there was actually a refrigerator on the bus! But I left my white pudding behind in the car 🤣 Good thing I was able to contact the staff immediately via WhatsApp. Their customer service was great and their response time was super fast. Highly recommended overall!

Very well arrange, Jenny the tour guide contact us the day before and explain the itenerary also meeting point, very clear& helpful. Love all the places we visited, enjoy the view very much. Jenny also explained about all places that we visited. Especially love the Blue pond in Biei, Tomica park, Shikisai no oka, Shirahige falls.
