We checked on during public holiday for 3d and 2n, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was smooth and quick. Room was spacious, well equipped with steam iron, hair dryer, bath tub, great air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was quite good too. We fully utilised the gym and swimming pool. It is located by the beach, literally walking distance. We paid RM 25 for a set of 4 camping chairs and an umbrella. There were ample parking spaces, going in and out of the hotel was a breeze. The only drawback I would say is that the room was not spotless clean, quite a lot of hair on the carpet and floor which could use vacuuming. The pool could also be cleaner. Overall, we had a great and relaxing stay at Birkin Hotel.

Nice hotel. Breakfast best. Banjir sikit di toilet sebab lubang air x berfungsi dgn baik. Agak tersumbat. Gilir-gilir masuk tpilet around 15mins later. overall one of the best hotel to stay at melaka
