Hotely blízko Tanukikoji Shopping Street

Poloha tohto hotela je veľmi výhodná a len kúsok pešo od stanice Sapporo. K hotelu vedie niekoľko východov zo stanice, čo uľahčuje pohyb, najmä s batožinou. Hotel bol veľmi čistý a pohodlný a počas celého pobytu som sa cítil príjemne. Určite by som si vybral tento hotel znova pri mojej ďalšej návšteve Sappora.

May 13 (Wed) - 16 (Fri), 2026, 3 nights and 4 days. #Price: I booked it at an expensive rate. (Paid 620,000 won for a triple room for 3 nights, without breakfast.) - For a triple room without breakfast, around 100,000 won per night would be reasonable. #Location: From the airport, take the JR train to Sapporo Station, then look for Exit 15. It's connected to the building next to the accommodation (something-or-other Japanese building 8.1) via an underground walkway. About a 10-minute walk. #Room Size (Triple Room): Two beds are single size, and one is a short single (for a child?). However, an adult woman, 165cm tall, had no problem sleeping on it. The room size is, as expected, cramped. (Can't open two large suitcases.) But it was nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate. It was very clean, but the carpeted floor made me constantly aware of dust. Cleaning is available daily upon request. Honestly, I'm not sure if they actually did it... haha (runny nose every morning). #Breakfast: I didn't eat it, so I don't know. There are many convenience stores nearby, so breakfast isn't necessary. Seicomart is the best. #Public Bath: It's really small. No outdoor bath. Two small indoor baths. One small sauna. About ten-something seats for washing. It's really small. The hairdryer in the public bath is very loud but doesn't dry hair at all. The hairdryer in the room works better. [Overall Review] It's clear that this is a very well-maintained hotel. It's incredibly clean. The staff were kind. I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences. However, the price fluctuates a lot, so I was left with the regret that I paid too much.

Great stay at La’gent Stay Sapporo Odori! The renovated facilities were clean and comfortable, and the bedding was very cozy. The Korean-speaking staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Sapporo, and the natural hot spring is a big reason I keep coming back. The breakfast was also delicious!

An excellent location, just a few minutes' walk to Tanukikoji, Odori Park, Marui Imai, the Odori subway station, the airport bus stop, and the round-trip bus stop for Otaru. The room is equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, an induction cooktop, basic kitchen utensils, a refrigerator larger than those in standard hotels, an air purifier, and a shoe dryer. Although I didn't get to use everything, seeing such a fully equipped room makes you feel like you could easily stay for another two weeks. We were assigned an end room, which didn't feel isolated at all; luckily, it was also slightly larger than standard rooms, providing more comfortable living space. The staff was polite, and the lobby was well-designed, comfortable, and elegant. There is a coffee machine offering free-flow coffee with seating available. Toiletries and tea bags can be picked up in the lobby. The restaurant on the 2nd floor offers free soft-serve ice cream until 9:00 PM. Although the hotel does not have a public bath, it was a relief that the ReFa body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer in the room were all fantastic to use, leaving my hair smooth and manageable. On the first night, there was a slight sewage odor in the bathroom, but it dissipated after a few hours and fortunately did not return. Staying for two nights, overall the accommodation was very satisfactory.

Izba má práčku, čo je veľmi praktické. Personál bol milý, každý deň je k dispozícii jeden nápoj zadarmo, v izbe však nie je pitná voda zdarma, musíte si priniesť vlastnú fľašu a načapovať si vodu dole v hale alebo si ju kúpiť vonku. Je to blízko výstupu 34 stanice Odori, ale bez výťahu; letiskový autobus je vzdialený asi 7-8 minút chôdze a blízko je aj ulička Tanukikoji 2 a tržnica Nijo.

Hotel je vzdialený len asi 10 minút chôdze od stanice metra a stanice JR. Raňajky v príjemnej atmosfére ponúkajú špičkový bufet na prízemí alebo tradičné jedlá set menu na najvyššom poschodí. Izby v hoteli sú veľmi priestranné, jedinou malou nevýhodou je absencia onsenov.

Conclusion: The price is affordable, and it's not far from Sapporo Station, making it recommended for tourists who primarily use Sapporo Station and enjoy shopping at department stores. The rooms are a bit small, and while generally clean, there was a noticeable amount of dust. Environment: The hotel itself is relatively new, though the rooms are a bit small (but this is acceptable given the price). Despite the small size, a 30-inch suitcase can still be opened. Location: Convenient transportation. Although it's a bit further from the bustling areas (Odori Park/Tanukikoji), there are convenience stores nearby, which is fine; however, there are fewer popular restaurants. Layout: The lobby and restaurant are on the first floor, the bathhouse/luggage lockers/laundry room are on the second floor, and the remaining floors are guest rooms. Price: After applying discounts through an OTA, it was approximately NT$2500/night (for a queen-sized bed). Review: (Pros) 1. Quick check-in/check-out process. 2. Although the room is a bit small, there are many places to put belongings; with the bed pushed slightly to the side, two large suitcases can still be opened. 3. The room has a large TV where you can watch YouTube. 4. Good soundproofing. 5. Each floor has a reverse osmosis (RO) water dispenser for self-service water refills, which is very convenient. 6. There are four elevators, so I never had to wait long. 7. TOYOTA Rent a Car is located in the hotel's B1 basement, which can be very useful. Booking in advance saves time. 8. There are many large self-service luggage lockers on the second floor, easily accommodating two 30-inch suitcases, which is very convenient. 9. It's right next to Hokkaido University; if you have time, I recommend visiting the university cafe and going for a run on campus. (Cons) 1. Small rooms. 2. There are too few washing machines, so there's often a queue to do laundry in the evenings.

Although it's an older hotel, everything was good overall. The service and breakfast were excellent. It truly lives up to its reputation as a hotel where the Emperor once stayed. It will be closing next year for major renovations, so we came to stay. This is also one of the settings from my first love.

very good location! walkable distance to alot of places and attractions. Just that the lift will always stop at level 2 which is the reception/lobby level. Will come back to stay in this hotel the next time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
