Our tour guide, Mike, is half-Korean and half-Chinese, so his Chinese explanations were excellent. He explained history in a simple and concise way that wasn't boring or dull, sometimes adding honest, humorous little jabs, which was great! He explained the origins of each attraction, and we also learned some interesting facts about how Koreans celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, giving us a deeper understanding of the country. While it's possible to visit these sites on your own, to truly understand the cultural background and connect the attractions in a short amount of time, you'd need to do a lot of research to enjoy it fully. For those of us with limited vacation days, don't hesitate to sign up now! Chinese-speaking travelers really should book this tour; you won't regret it! (The tour guide really didn't pay me to write this review, haha, I'm genuinely giving him five stars!)

The railbike experience was absolutely amazing! The beautiful scenery was so relaxing, and the themed tunnels were fantastic, each with its own unique atmosphere. I really enjoyed the combination of nature, sightseeing, and riding the railbike. The alpaca experience was another highlight—I loved interacting with and feeding the animals, and collecting stamps while exploring made it even more fun and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially getting to share it with other travelers. The restaurant food was also really good, and everything made the trip truly memorable. A special mention to our tour guide, who was very responsive, approachable, and attentive. He explained everything clearly and was very understanding and caring toward the tourists. There were times when we got separated or lost, but he always made the effort to find us and make sure we were okay. His patience and care made the whole experience even better! Highly recommended! ❤️✨

Definitely my favourite day of our 2 weeks in Korea! We had the loveliest Tour guide named Allen Kim! He picked us up at an easy location to navigate! He then explained everything we were doing in English! As we were waiting for a couple of others to arrive he let us go into the convenience store to grab a quick drink/snack. Alpaca world was the best! 🥹 It was such an experience watching them run down the hill to us! We then went to see lots of other different animals! Highly recommend going to see the little budgies and feeding them! The rail bike was incredible! Our tour guide made sure we got onto the correct bikes and explained where we would meet afterwards! Of course Nami island was incredible we chose to do the zip line! My group was quite scared of heights but said the zip line was actually really fun and not as scary as they thought it would be!

My friends and I loved the tour to Alpaca World, Railway park, and Nami Island. JESSE was the most kind and attentive chingu/tour guide! He looked after everyone and his instructions were very clear and patient with everyone. If I come back to Seoul I hope we can tour with him next time too. 10/10 service Jesse! I appreciate the stickers you gave me and my friends. we will remember this day as we put them into our creative journals. The alpacas were so cute and funny. The railway park was beautiful. S touto prehliadkou sme mali úžasný zážitok! Naša sprievodkyňa, Judy, bola priateľská, efektívna a zabezpečila, aby všetko prebiehalo hladko po celý deň. Mojou najobľúbenejšou časťou bolo vidieť alpaky a ostrov Nami bol také roztomilé miesto na objavovanie. Priplatili sme si aj za zipline a určite to stálo za to! Záhrada bola krásna, s hortenziami v plnom kvete. Vďaka cestovnej kancelárii bolo všetko jednoduché a bez stresu. Ďakujeme, Judy, za skvelý deň!

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early, which allowed us to start our trip ahead of schedule. Booking the Railbike + Legoland package was a great decision. Our driver was very helpful throughout the entire journey and made everything hassle-free. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Despite taking the tour during a heatwave, we really enjoyed the places we visited. The scenery is beautiful. Perhaps I would skip the Seoraksan cable car and instead take a nice walk around the area; the place is very beautiful. Patrick, our guide, was very kind and friendly. Around 1:00 PM, we stopped to eat grilled chicken, which was good and affordable. I 100% recommend the tour. It's true that there isn't much time to see everything, but I think it's sufficient.

Moja rodina a ja (3 osoby) sme si namiesto možnosti „stretnutie“ vybrali možnosť „vyzdvihnutie“. Vodič Ryan Shin nás presne o 8:00 v sobotu ráno vyzdvihol vo svojej pohodlnej 8-miestnej dodávke Hyundai z hotela Myeongdong a bezpečne nás odviezol do Alpaca World, na stanicu lanovky Samaksan a na miesto odchodu na ostrov Nami. Komunikovali sme v mandarínčine; počas celej cesty sme sa dozvedeli veľa o kórejskej kultúre a histórii. Fotil a natáčal pre nás videá a prekvapil nás svojou video kompiláciou „Zábavný deň s Ryanom“! Vrcholmi prehliadky bolo kŕmenie roztomilých priateľských alpák, úžasné panoramatické výhľady na Chuncheon z vyhliadkovej plošiny na vrchole stanice lanovky, čerešňové kvety na ostrove Nami a chutný obed dakgalbi (špecialita Chuncheon). Veľmi odporúčam možnosť „vyzdvihnutie“ pre súkromie, ale za predpokladu, že sú 3-5 osôb, pretože poplatky za lístky sú vylúčené z ceny a tiež je účtovaný dodatočný poplatok 25 tisíc wonov za každú hodinu prekročenú po 10 hodinách.
