Hotely blízko Hakone Venetian Glass Museum (Glass Forest)

loved staying in this hotel. it’s was raining so it could be better if the hotel hosted different activities during the daya besides the workshop they offer. the breakfast could change daily as well.

Wonderful hotel! A two year renovation (2018-2020) brought this unique site into the 21st century without losing any of it's charm. It is always a treat to stay there.

Všetko sa mi páčilo. Izba bola pekná a priestranná. Mať súkromný onsen bolo skvelé. Večera bola úžasná. Verejný onsen bol tiež veľmi pekný. K dispozícii je nápojový bar a ďalšie hotelové vybavenie bolo skvelé.

The satisfaction for the price is decent, but there are few restaurants nearby, and they close early. You can use the shared kitchen, so you can prepare food in advance or use the vending machine for simple meals. It's good for a practical trip.

10/10 hotel location , service, food everythi g was so amaizing in cleanliness: transport access: service: hotel location: breakfast:

Mala som úžasný pobyt v tomto hoteli. Jedným z vrcholov bol súkromný onsen… Rezervovala som si termín o 21:00 a užila som si relaxačný kúpeľ v úplnom súkromí. Stretla som aj indonézskych zamestnancov, ktorí boli neuveriteľne priateľskí a ochotní, čo urobilo zážitok ešte nezabudnuteľnejším.

The hotel room has a private sauna, which was a pleasant surprise. It was so relaxing to soak in the hot springs with family and then use the sauna! The kitchen is well-equipped, though a microwave would make it even more perfect. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and spacious, making it ideal for large groups.

The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with directions and recommendations. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. Overall, the hotel provided outstanding service, comfort, and convenience. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.
