Hotely blízko Tunku Abdul Rahman Park

shangrila is a very good hotel and good service too but due to renovate my room from pool view to construction view. the reception staff told me i will get some refund of my money. Please make sure u pay me back.

Mali sme skvelý pobyt v hoteli The Pacific Sutera. Izba bola čistá, pohodlná a mala krásny výhľad. Personál bol počas celého nášho pobytu priateľský a ochotný. Zariadenia boli vynikajúce, najmä bazén. Raňajky boli chutné s mnohými možnosťami. Poloha je tiež výhodná a blízko k mnohým atrakciám. Celkovo to bol úžasný zážitok. Vrelo odporúčam a rád by som tu zostal znova!

A standard hotel, good location in the middle of the town, easier to go anywhere, breakfast quite basic, overall good

raňajky: chutné, len by mohlo byť viac jedál v ponuke služby: vynikajúce poloha hotela: blízko mesta, ľahko dostupný taxíkom čistota: čisté

Frotndesk at magellan is great. I like the girl manage my check-in and check out. Swimming pool have 3 inclue the olympic size pool (magellan and marina golf), gym have jacuzzi and sauna, kiddies playground (marina golf) my husband and my two girls love it. The staff is great and very well manage me,my husband and our two girls needs. Not enough time to explore pan pacific hotel but in future plan. Sorry to say this, the receptionist at 5 sails restaurant i am very dissappointed during our breakfast. Not well manage in house guest instead i have to do all the work for the receptionist for what i have paid. I did not bring along my veluable belonging around the resort because i want to relax and stress free. Just keep it inside safety box. I have to go up and down (room <> 5 sails) a few time just to fullfilled the receptionist needs. Without the receptionist saying sorry and think of solution instead guest service staff to apologize on behalf of the receptionist. I don't like it.
