I loved the places we visited, but the bus service was unreliable. We were told that buses would arrive every 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting for over an hour. Because of the long wait, we decided to use Uber instead and navigate using the map ourselves. While the destinations were great, the inaccurate bus schedule was disappointing. But we just enjoyed the places we went. still worth it!

We had such a great time on The Red Boats sunset cruise. The views of Auckland Harbour and the city skyline as the sun went down were beautiful. The crew were friendly and welcoming, and the commentary was interesting without being over the top. Having a drink from the onboard bar while cruising under the Harbour Bridge was a highlight. A really relaxing and enjoyable evening definitely recommend if you’re visiting Auckland!

Výlet som si veľmi užil. Videl som kivie a boli veľmi roztomilé. Bohužiaľ, nemôžete ich fotografovať, pretože blesky fotoaparátov a jasné svetlo môžu poškodiť ich citlivé oči. Ale kivie boli naozaj veľmi roztomilé! Okrem toho bola mojou najobľúbenejšou časťou výletu návšteva Modrej prameňov (Blue Spring). Bolo to také krásne, až to vyzeralo neskutočne. Náš sprievodca bol navyše veľmi milý a povedal nám veľa zaujímavých vecí o Novom Zélande a Aucklande.

Noel bol náš vodič a sprievodca. Bol z Aucklandu a dokázal sa podeliť o dôležité informácie o zájazde. Páčila sa mi každá časť tohto zájazdu. Absolútne žiadne výčitky!

A lovely way to see Auckland! The harbour views were beautiful, especially cruising under the Harbour Bridge and seeing the city skyline from the water. The crew were friendly and the commentary added plenty of interesting local information. A relaxed, enjoyable trip—would recommend it to visitors and locals alike.

Our Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves, and Flexi Tours experience was absolutely amazing! Hobbiton truly felt like stepping into Middle-earth, with stunning scenery and incredible attention to detail. The glowworms in the Waitomo Caves were breathtaking, and our guide, Cuppa Tea, was informative, entertaining, and even treated us to a beautiful song. Bunty from Flexi Tours made our journey even more enjoyable with his friendly personality, fascinating insights about New Zealand, and a bonus stop at a beautiful hanging bridge. Our group of four felt safe, well looked after, and had an unforgettable trip. Highly recommend these experiences to anyone visiting New Zealand! 🇦🇺

Sam is good tour guide and look after us,he assisted us to take good photos.But he asked for tips at the end of trip made me feel strange and uncomfortable.As I know there is no tips culture in NZ unless client wants to give.Sam的服务不错的，帮助我们拍照，但是最后索要小费让我觉得很奇怪和不舒服。据我所知新西兰不流行给小费，除非客人自愿给。

Thanks to the Klook service platform, despite a small hiccup, I was able to happily join the boat trip with music and cheese on June 28th from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. The sky was clear, and the sea views were breathtaking.
