The tour was very good. It's a shame Mount Fuji wasn't visible. Kawaguchiko has that small-town feel. I recommend it. For those considering this tour, remember that Mount Fuji is not always visible. According to locals, it's quite common for it to be covered, even in the summer.

Our guide, Jack "Captain" Jack, was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the weather, it was a lovely day with everyone. He shared the most important information with us, which made things even easier. Plus, he's a super photographer!

it was a blast! Originally I was planning to do a separate Hakone and Mt. Fuji trip and was genuinely excited when there was a 2 in 1 tour. Our tour guide (Jack) offered a lot of trivia and tips for our Japan trip and is highly recommended. Thank you for a memorable birthday, Gogoday.

Skvelý zážitok! Laner Jin bol úžasný sprievodca, veľmi dobre informovaný a ochotný, keď sme mali nejaké otázky! S počasím sme mali dnes šťastie a hora Fuji sa nám niekoľkokrát ukázala! Hrala sa s oblakmi na schovávačku, ale podarilo sa nám s ňou urobiť zopár fotiek. Tiež sa nám podarilo zaobstarať nejaké suveníry a dokonca sme si priniesli aj vodu priamo z hory Fuji! Gotemba Premium Outlets boli príjemným bonusom a s týmto jednodňovým výletom sme zabili dve musy jednou ranou! Dobré obchody aao, ozaj výhodné ponuky! Určite odporúčam, ak chcete spoznávať pamiatky a nakupovať!

Beautiful experience! We saw a ton of wonderful places and took many many photos! Our guide Luna was amazing, she guided us throughout the whole excursion and gave us many different insights. We managed to do everything and were also able to see mount Fuji in spite of the cloudy weather. Definitely recommend!

Zack is a very polite young man who managed our group efficiently. Despite our long journey due to heavy highway traffic, he adjusted the sequence of our stops, which turned out perfectly. The route for the journey was well planned, allowing us to enjoy the best views of Mount Fuji. The meeting point was also clearly communicated and easy to find.

we had a great tour today with Joe! we got so lucky and saw Mt. Fuji so clearly. the tour was as described, good views from the boat, nice matcha experience, and beautiful views from the lake. Joe was very kind and informative, he also gave lots of helpful recommendations! we would book again, and are grateful we got Joe, he was very fun to have!

Výlet bol skvelý, navštívili sme veľa miest, ale bohužiaľ celý deň pršalo. Luna bola veľmi milá sprievodkyňa, všetko nám výborne vysvetlila. Rezervovala nám reštauráciu. Wagyu mäso za 4 500 jenov – myslím, že to bolo dosť drahé a porcia malá. Celá večera, dokonca aj polievka, v porovnaní s cenou nestála za to. Ak odhliadnem od jedla, dávam 10/10. Vždy nám dávala cukríky a milo sa pýtala, či je všetko v poriadku.
