My family and I were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Fuji-Q. The service provided by the driver was excellent. He was very informative, kind, and professional throughout the journey. Best tour ever! The van was clean and comfortable, and everything ran exactly on time. We had the perfect amount of time at each stop, and the schedule was very well organized. Our driver/ guide was incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking on everyone to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. The van also had free Wi-Fi and USB charging ports, which made the trip even more convenient. The lunch was delicious! We ordered it in advance, and by the time we arrived, our food was ready to be served, so there was no waiting. Overall, this was an amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-organized, enjoyable, and stress-free day private trip!

This is the perfect one day experience for an individual or family to take advantage of to check out Mt. Fuji. Personally I was getting tired of all the city buildings, subway and crowds. For the price including the fruit picking, well worth it. We meet our guide for the day at the Love sculpture in Shinkjuku. She messaged me the night before to let me know her name. Be aware this is a meeting spot for alot of different tours so get there early. I messaged her when we arrived and got a reply back with her black van license plate. The van was very spacious and comfortable. The drive to the first stop Fujikawaguchiko to about an hour and 45 mins. Tips...if you finish early, get back to the van so you can head to the next site, wear comfortable shoes, don't stay at one place too long because you only have s set amount of time.

He picked us up from the hotel, was promptly on time, quickly drove us to the theme park, waited until we were done, and then picked us up and took us back to the hotel in the evening. He did a great job; I would definitely recommend him.

This was a great option for our family. Ali was friendly and customised our route the way we preferred. We were lucky to have a clear view today. Being able to eat on the go and sleep in the car after 2,5 days of Disney which was great - very efficient. The ice cream at Oishi park is really a must try.

This was a great tour! The tour guide, An, was an incredible guide! She shared very helpful facts and beautiful pictures of Mt Fuji across the different seasons. It was a foggy day so we didn’t get a great view but An gave us great pictures that made up for the fog

The best and most amazing experience from beginning to end. Toshi was an incredible guide and made the experience even better that we imaged. Highly recommend this for your next time in Japan, especially for the real car lovers out there!!!!

The tour was very well organized and we enjoyed it, even though Mount Fuji was hidden behind a thick cloud cover. It would be desirable if all participants were informed beforehand via WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, it rained on our day, but that didn't stop our guide Yuri from keeping her good mood. She's super! We found her really nice; we saw many iconic spots, she gave us lots of tips on what to do and where, and she really took great care of us. We're so glad we were on bikes with her, hopefully we'll see her again on our next trip! Matta ne! 💕
