The ATV ride was thrilling, and the rafting experience was fantastic, with beautiful scenery along the way. A special thanks to our amazing guides, WAWAN and MARTAWAN, for being so friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the activities. They made sure we felt safe and comfortable while having a great time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and memorable adventure! Keď si kúpite lístok cez Klook, stačí prejsť cez brány a naskenovať QR kód – nie je potrebné ho meniť pri pulte za vstupenku. To uľahčuje preskočenie radov. Rýchlo sa zaplní, takže to šetrí čas! Opičí les sa zmenil, odkedy som tu bol naposledy, a vyzerá to tak, že sa stále rozrastá. Opice sú roztomilé a šibalské. Personál je všade naokolo, aby vám pomohol, ak potrebujete fotografiu, priniesť klobúk alebo odohnať opice, ak sa stanú problémovými! Páčilo sa mi tu.

Before rafting, you'll put on a life vest and helmet. After a short drive, you'll need to climb many stairs, both up and down, to reach the rafting area, so you'll likely be out of breath and sweating. The actual rafting lasts about an hour and a half, with a 30-minute break in the middle where you can buy drinks (NT$120). Afterward, there's lunch, which is decent. I recommend sitting in the front left for the best photos, as you won't be blocked. There will be people taking photos and videos at various spots, and at the end, they'll ask if you want to buy the video and photos for around NT$800, which is quite expensive. I suggest splitting the cost with your rafting companions to make it more affordable. This was my first time rafting, and it wasn't too scary or prone to capsizing; it was genuinely thrilling and fun! I'd definitely want to go again!

I highly recommend everyone to purchase this tour! This time we bought the Aloha Swing + ATV tour! We were a little nervous before the trip because we weren't sure about the exact ATV and lunch locations, but when we wrote to the supplier, Bali Sun Tour, they replied very patiently and thoroughly! Our one-day tour driver this time was Martawan! Super recommended! He drove us to every destination very safely throughout the whole trip, chatted with us along the way, and recommended delicious local food! We are truly grateful to him 🥹 He safely dropped us back at the hotel at the end of a perfect day! If we have the chance next time, we will definitely look for him again! I was deeply moved by the unimaginably huge monument, the likes of which I had never seen before. The staff were so kind and took great photos for me, and I was able to get some really photogenic shots ☺️ The food was great, too—the fried ciclet was especially delicious. On top of that, the service was exceptionally wonderful. It was a truly satisfying lunch.

He made our day smooth, organised, and stress-free, with convenient pick-up and drop-off. We enjoyed ATV riding, water rafting, a coffee plantation visit & tasting, and the swing with beautiful rice terraces view. Galon was polite, cheerful, punctual, professional, and always smiling. Every destination of our wholeday tour package, he explained every activities and places clearly of what to expect and what to do. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the day and always remind us of our personal belongings to make sure its intact. I'm Japanese. Even 60 minutes was absolutely wonderful. The explanations and interactions with the therapist were in English, but it's not a problem if you have a basic understanding of the language. In the lobby, you decide on things like whether to have a head and neck massage and how much pressure you prefer, all while enjoying a drink. Afterward, you choose your favorite scent from four massage oils applied to your arm, then move to a private room. The therapist was very kind, and the pressure during the full-body massage was perfect! After the massage, you can enjoy traditional tea and browse souvenirs. I bought the massage oil with the scent I actually used for about 700 yen. The experience was almost perfectly on schedule, so there was no long wait or feeling rushed. However, the lobby's atmosphere and the building itself are so lovely and photogenic that I recommend arriving a little early! Overall, it was a wonderfully clean place, the staff were kind, and time passed so leisurely. It was truly a fantastic experience! You should definitely go!!!!!!!!!

Prvýkrát sme vyskúšali túto aktivitu a obom sa nám to páčilo. Personál bol veľmi trpezlivý a priateľský a poskytol jasné inštrukcie a rady, ako vyrobiť prstene pre páry, ktoré sme navrhli. Bolo zaujímavé zistiť, koľko krokov je potrebných pri výrobe jednoduchého šperku. Celkovo to bol zábavný a zaujímavý zážitok, ktorý vrelo odporúčame.
