great location. travel light as there's no lift, and narrow stairs. comfortable rooms, but watch your head if you're taller, some low beams in room as well as staircase

hotel location: just opposite the train station so it is very convenient even on rainy days.
service: the hotel operates a small restaurant and there is a spacious area for work/ relax on the ground floor
cleanliness:the room is clean, it is just on a smaller side. typical European though. it would be nice if they provide real cups not paper cups in the room

There were too many guests, and the hotel's parking lot was full, so we had to walk 5 minutes to park on the street. Many gas stations in Colmar were closed due to a lack of gasoline. The hotel has vintage arcade games, a pool table, and a foosball table. They also provide soda, which is delicious. Unfortunately, the bath towels in the room had a strange odor, so you need to bring your own. There's a bakery diagonally across from the hotel where we bought some really good croissants for breakfast.
