Hotely v Čcheng-tu

Okay, there are two kinds of hotels: those you forget after staying, and those you want to return to after leaving. This hotel falls into the latter category, and our butler, Huahua, is the reason I'd want to come back. The service was truly excellent.

It was a great location with shopping and food streets downstairs. room is very spacious. comes with free laundry. am very satisfied with the stay.

This hotel is our top choice for overnight transfers; the location is incredibly convenient, and the front desk service is warm and polite. The bed is very comfortable, and a bath helps wash away all the fatigue. What's even more noteworthy is the fantastic breakfast. We are extremely satisfied!

food was really good. Friendly staff. We can ask for more toiletries. Clean room but sometimes rhe hallway smelled like smoke

The front desk staff was very professional. As soon as I mentioned checking in, they immediately switched to English. I was so happy to get a free upgrade to a suite! When the TV remote ran out of batteries, they quickly sent someone to fix it. They also helped me arrange a taxi to the airport for the next day. The hotel is right next to a subway station and close to attractions, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The noodles at breakfast were delicious, and there was a wide variety of food. It's definitely worth staying here.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was also well equipped and clean. Highly recommend this as a stay.

The reception was helpful and profficent. I had difficulty with my room wifi. She arranged fir the technical guy to check very promptly. The housekeping staff were excellent and thoughtful. I am very happy with the standard of cleanliness in my room. Great value for money.
