Hotely v George Town

A random weekend escape I never knew I needed. Polite and friendly staff. Room is well prepared and clean. The most comfortable bed i would say?? Overall experience; great!

I'm happy with overall stay of 4D3N here. Although its a 4-stars hotel but the location, cleaniness, hotel look & feel, hotel crews, all made me comfortable. I would make it as my favourite hotel for my next visit here again.

The location is right across from Komtar, which is very convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to the night market and the old town. The room facilities are complete, though they show a bit of wear and tear. Also, the pathway between the first-floor lobby and the rooms intersects with the driveway, so you need the staff to guide you on how to get there (if you call a Grab, the drivers all know to drive in and make a loop, so you can wait for the car at the lobby entrance).

I recently stayed at St. Giles Wembley Penang and had a fantastic experience! 😊 The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across KOMTAR and a short walk to Penang's famous street food. The room was clean, comfy, and the view from the 20th floor was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread at The Wembley Café was delicious too! Would definitely come back. 👍

Our three-day stay was even more wonderful than we imagined. The staff welcomed us warmly. We're so glad we came to George Town, not just Kuala Lumpur.

love this hotel very much. location is very near to everything. most importantly they have their own 2 storey parking which is rare in Georgetown 😂.staff also very friendly. we have great experience there.

The hotel is compact with necessities and toiletries. They only provide two water bottles per night but there’s water dispenser at the lobby which is fine. Plus, they have a coffee machine at the lobby with some sofas. Overall, its great value for money.

Good stay and friendly staff. parking limited but there's more behind the building. Overall good for short stay.

Our stay at Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion (The Blue Mansion) was truly amazing. The blend of Chinese and Western architectural styles and the stunning courtyard are incredibly unique. The best part was the hotel's guided tour; we were incredibly lucky to have it led by the very person who oversaw the Blue Mansion's restoration. We learned so much about its history and restoration secrets—it was incredibly insightful! There are also adorable cats at the hotel, and petting them in the historic courtyard was incredibly therapeutic.
