Urayasu

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with an air purifier and a foot massager. After a full day at Disneyland, the foot massager was an absolute lifesaver. The staff were professional and friendly, and the entire hotel is family-friendly. There are frequent shuttle services to and from Disneyland, making this hotel an excellent choice for families visiting the park. The lobby on the second floor offers a complimentary welcome snack bar with coffee, black tea, waffles, cream puffs, ice cream, cookies, marshmallows, and beer. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, connected to a subway station, a shopping mall, and a convenience store. My personal suggestion would be to add public laundry/drying facilities to make it even more perfect.

Free shuttle bus to Disney was a nice touch and it was available several times each hour. That is to and from. We were a family of 4 and the room we stayed at had 4 beds and was very spacious. Would highly recommend. Hotel was also VERY clean and spacious and each floor had amenities like a Launderet, Microwave, Ice Machine, and water dispenser. Breakfast was great as well. Never got to use the pool though as there were traditional public pools separating male from female. All in all if you are going to Disney, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Great location! It is located right next to JR Keiyo Line's Shin-Urayasu Station. You can walk all the way to the hotel via an overhead walkway without getting wet in the rain. Near the walkway, there is a Lawson convenience store where you can grab snacks and take them straight back to the hotel. Upon entering the hotel, you get a sense of vintage luxury—even the elevators have a classic style, and it feels like it has been recently renovated. It is an official Disney partner hotel. In the morning, the earliest hotel shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland departs at 07:05, taking about 15-20 minutes to reach Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel room is very spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and there are several extra pillows in the wardrobe. The bathroom is also huge and comes with complimentary bath salts. A minor drawback is that the hair dryer is still the traditional kind that emits a slight burning smell; it would be nice if they upgraded that equipment. Otherwise, all the spaces are very large, and there is a picture window with a view of Shin-Urayasu Station. The front desk staff is also very friendly and will try their best to communicate with you in English! Hotel Location: Excellent. Cleanliness: Good. Although it has carpet, there is no musty smell. Transportation Convenience: Excellent, with AEON Mall and Mona shopping center nearby.

Although the hotel shows its age, you can tell it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and refreshing, and from my room I could just zone out while looking at Sagami Bay, which was super relaxing. I originally chose to stay here for the convenience of going to Disney, but it was so comfortable just sitting around spacing out that I almost didn't want to leave. There is a Disney store inside the hotel with the same prices as the ones in the park, and if you come back late at night, the café also has hot food available for purchase. Transportation is extremely convenient; just walk out the front door and you are at Maihama Station. Since you cannot enter Fantasy Springs when heading to DisneySea, you just take the monorail one more stop to the DisneySea entrance, and when leaving, you can plan to exit through Fantasy Springs—cross the street and you're right back at the hotel, which is great. If you don't want to cross the street to the station, you can also wait for the Disney shuttle. Airport limousine buses also stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient if you make good use of them.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. You can travel between the airport and the hotel via limousine bus. Upon arrival, hotel staff were already there to help with luggage. After checking in, they even accompanied us directly upstairs and helped bring our luggage into the room. The service was excellent. The room was also very spacious, allowing us to open 2-3 suitcases, and the bed was large. Every time we left or returned, the lobby staff would greet us. The lobby also offered free water, a microwave, and disposable cutlery. The most convenient feature was the shuttle service to the tourist areas. Initially, I wasn't sure if the hotel still offered a shuttle to the city, so I emailed them to inquire. The hotel quickly replied with the shuttle schedule. It would be even better if they could put the schedule directly on their official website. You need to book the shuttle at the front desk 1-2 days in advance, and then you can just board it directly at the entrance the next day. The hotel also provides a shuttle from Shin-Urayasu Station to the hotel. So, after a day of sightseeing and shopping in the city, carrying bags of souvenirs, all you have to do is endure the subway ride to Shin-Urayasu Station, and then you can comfortably take the shuttle back to the hotel. Additionally, I took the 6:50 AM shuttle to Disney for two days. We arrived at DisneySea around 7:30 AM and entered the park at 9:20 AM. We arrived at Disneyland around 7:15 AM and entered the park at 9:00 AM. So, taking the hotel shuttle is truly convenient and allows for quick entry into the park. There's also a return shuttle directly to the hotel. The Disney shuttle is quite large, allowing you to bring suitcases, which would be very convenient if you're transferring from a Disney hotel. I had previously seen reviews mentioning the hotel's remote location, which made me a bit worried before checking in. However, after staying there, I found that there's a Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel. There's also a shopping mall about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, which includes Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Seria, and a Belc supermarket that's open until midnight. I even bought delicious Haagen-Dazs at the supermarket. There's also a 7-Eleven across from the mall, which is incredibly convenient. It's definitely not as bad as some reviews suggested. While the hotel offers many conveniences, there are two minor drawbacks. First, there are too few power outlets in the room, and sometimes they don't work or the power supply is unstable. Second, the hotel shuttle stop at Shin-Urayasu Station is a bit hard to find. Although the map provided by the hotel is easy to read, there are many red mailboxes nearby, making the location less clear. Better directions would be helpful. Overall, this hotel offers very convenient transportation. Although I walked a lot every day for sightseeing and shopping, because I used the hotel's shuttle, I could catch up on sleep in the morning and didn't have to walk too much when returning at night, which was very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Tokyo.

We were very satisfied with our stay this time. The hotel was clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff members were kind, and we had a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney Resort was very convenient. There were also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so the location was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I think this hotel is perfect for family trips. If we have another opportunity to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much!

thr accomodation is excellent and affordable with free shuttle to and from disneyland. the breakfast was good. our room was spacious and beds were comfy. staff were nice and assisted as soon as they saw us.
