Čo očakávať
- Okrem objavovania starej štvrte Hanoja je jednou z najzaujímavejších outdoorových aktivít, ktoré môžete vyskúšať, paragliding priamo na okraji mesta. Kopec Bù, ktorý sa nachádza len 35 km od centra Hanoja, ponúka neuveriteľne pohodlné miesto na lietanie, kde môžete ísť, lietať a vrátiť sa do 4–6 hodín. Ďalšou možnosťou je lokalita Vien Nam Mountain, vzdialená asi 50 km, ktorá ponúka ideálnu nadmorskú výšku 900 metrov pre úchvatné lety.
- Každé letové miesto má svoju vlastnú sezónnu krásu a jedinečné poveternostné podmienky, ktoré vytvárajú ideálne príležitosti na vzlet. Nebudete musieť cestovať ďaleko do odľahlých horských oblastí – priamo tu, blízko mesta, si môžete užiť nezabudnuteľné outdoorové dobrodružstvo a zároveň zažiť pokojné čaro vietnamského vidieka.
Je dobré to vedieť
- Najlepšia sezóna: jún až december (jasná obloha, stabilný vietor, najlepšie výhľady)
- Vždy dôverujte rozhodnutiu pilota — zrušenie letov kvôli vetru je normálne a pre bezpečnosť
- Oblečenie: Pohodlné, športové oblečenie (dlhé rukávy a nohavice) - Vyhnite sa sukniam alebo vysokým podpätkom - Odporúčajú sa športové alebo turistické topánky (Tip: Svetlé oblečenie vyzerá skvele na fotkách!)
- Uistite sa, že váš telefón má aspoň 4 GB voľného úložiska pre fotografie/videá po lete
- Môžete si priniesť malú osobnú tašku (1–2 kg) s nevyhnutnosťami (napr. telefón, kľúče, preukaz totožnosti)
- Vítaní sú aj tí, ktorí lietajú prvýkrát
- Lety podliehajú poveternostným podmienkam, ako je vietor, dážď a hmla. Ak je potrebné preplánovanie, zákazníci budú informovaní minimálne jeden deň vopred bez dodatočných nákladov. Ak si neželajú preplánovanie, bude im poskytnutá plná náhrada.

As July is a rainy season, so instead of departing at 7am, I was picked-up at 9am and reached the site about 10.30am. However, due to weather, I waited until 12pm for the clouds to disperse before I could go paragliding. The team doesn't speak much English so most conversations are via Google Translate. Safety measure is good so I was in good hands. The pilot is experienced in how and when to take pictures & videos so I just follow his instructions. Make sure your phone has sufficient memories for the pictures & videos. The ride can get a bit intense at the end, so some may experience motion sickness and vomit. Advice to eat much earlier/eat light/don't eat if you can stand it. Overall, still a fun experience.
The pilots are very profesional. They make sure that you are comfortable and relax while waiting to take off, the weather was too foggy lol. They offer snacks and water (so kind). It was a memorable experience and want to do it again with this team! As a solo traveler this activity will help you to be brave and even more happy!!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing paragliding experience! It was very personalised, with just the two of us flying, which made it feel extra special and memorable. Everyone involved was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from start to finish. A special thank you to Doi, our pilot, who picked us up from our hotel, made us feel completely at ease, and ensured we got back safely after our flight. The flight itself was serene, peaceful, and truly breathtaking , experience we’ll never forget. While I was waiting, I was warmly invited to join a lovely group of ladies for complimentary beers. Their kindness and hospitality really touched us and made the whole experience feel even more special. We would also like to thank Judy, who was fantastic with communication. he contacted us promptly via WhatsApp and was always quick to respond, making the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. !
These guys were so patient and encouraging me because it was a first, but I'm so proud of myself thanks to them for not giving up on me! I can say that they are confident and very knowledgeable about the process of paragliding.
One of the core memories I'll remember from my Hanoi trip! I was the only one who availed the tour but they did not cancel it. The car they used to pick me up is really nice with comfortable seats, though it was a little unclean. Upon arriving at the paraglide school, it was a bit awkward since I didn't know what was happening next. I think we had to wait for an hour. There was one pilot who later arrived and he speaks good English so he took the time to explain what's going to happen next when I asked him. My pilot, Mr Thang, was quite shy but he turned to a different person when we paraglided lol. He was laughing a lot and I can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. He took good pics using their own gopro. I also appreciate that while flying he checked with me often if I was ok and comfortable. Overall I would love to do this again.
the flying instructor is very experienced. i was picked up at big C and driven to the area where the paragliding took place. i waited for about 1 hour before we head up the mountains (that cost 130k VND). safety instructions were given while we were strapped up and preparing for flight. all was good. however, i do think they could pre-empt us about the flow of the programme so we could be better prepared for the flight! all in all, still a good and fun experience.
This is truly an unforgettable experience you should definitely try! I strongly recommend booking this adventure. If you have a group of four or more, it's best to make separate bookings or choose different dates. Our paragliding session lasted from 8 am to 3 pm. While Mr. Thang is incredibly kind and considerate, having just him as our instructor made the wait quite lengthy for four participants. But I would absolutely do it again! 💯💯💯💯
Would definitely recommend this experience and would do it again despite my fear of heights. Our pilot Thang was very skilled, attentive and gave simple and clear instructions. Only downside is long wait as we were total of 5 people with just one pilot. But u get to explore mountain top and camp site, observe exceptional flights from experienced paragliders and access to food &drink at landing site. Booked activity last minute with hotel transfer and communication was clear and consistent at each stage.
it was a great experience! well organized and on time. would definitely recommend! Their priority was our safety!
