our driver picked us up earlier than scheduled which we appreciate as we were checked out at noon. details and info procised night before and day of. safe and very exprienxed driver, 3 rest stops amd we were the first to fet dropped off. thank you for the service!

We were notified by the company the day before with all the pickup details and they were able to fulfill our request and picked us up from Hanoi airport to Sapa. We really appreciate this even though that was not an option with klook. Hai was our driver and he was kind and an experienced driver. We appreciate his safe driving skill and kindness. The driver arrived earlier than expected time. Helped us with our luggage and dropped us to our hotel in Hanoi. Driver speaks limited English but is timely and professional. Had 2 stop overs. The van was clean and we were provided with a bottle of water during the trip.

Get a Sapaking limo, don’t bother with a coach, this gets you there quicker and in comfort & style. The communication was superb throughout, collection easy and smooth, I highly recommend. After booking, you receive an invite to communicate via WhatsApp, where you can ask questions, then you are provided with details of the driver & their registration. We had Mr Quan for both our trips, despite not sharing the same language, we were able to understand each other.

very convenient. our things arrange well during our trip. we have two stop over and had rest room break. Comfort seats and with charge port as well.

The van is spacious, driver was very kind and superb in helping in our luggage. Rather than using the bus, this is so much better.

As for us we were dropped off around 300 meter far from our hotel, with all our bags and luggages we struggled carrying all while googling our hotel which took us 12 minutes for a five minute walk

Our driver was careful, the only thing was he dropped us off to at least 100 meters where he could have just stopped right at the door of our hotel. all in all, was different experience compared to the sleeper bus.

the driver was great. he was safe driver. the seats were great except for that we got bumped off from 1 of the 4 VIP Seats we booked. seats were great though.
