Na rezerváciu som si spomenul len deň vopred. Po rannej rezervácii som rýchlo dostal e-mailové oznámenie. Na druhý deň stačilo batožinu do 10:00 umiestniť do haly a informovať personál hotela. Aj keď je jazyková bariéra, v oznámení je preklad, ktorý môžete ukázať recepcii. Potom sa už nemusíte o nič starať a môžete si ľahko pokračovať v ceste alebo ísť taxíkom na letisko, bez toho, aby ste sa museli tlačiť s veľkými taškami v preplnenom vlaku alebo hľadať výťah. Počas prepravy batožiny dostávate e-mailové oznámenia o stave, čo je veľmi upokojujúce. Miesto vyzdvihnutia batožiny je tiež veľmi pohodlné, hneď pri výstupe z letiskového metra.

Obávala som sa, pretože v ten deň trochu snežilo, ale dostala som e-mail, že zásielka bola doručená na terminál 1 letiska Incheon včas. Bola som ohromená, že napriek zlým podmienkam to bolo načas. Nevedela som nájsť kanceláriu a musela som sa opýtať pri automate na lístky, aby som si vyzdvihla batožinu. Popis miesta kancelárie bol síce napísaný, ale keď som tam prišla, nevedela som ju nájsť, takže by bolo dobré, keby bola k dispozícii väčšia a jasnejšia mapa. Žena v kancelárii bola milá a s úsmevom ma odprevadila. Keď nabudúce pôjdem do Kórey, rada by som opäť využila vaše služby. Ďakujem vám za všetko.

My flight arrived early in the morning at 5:40 am, so I decided to use the luggage delivery service while I explored Seoul. A day before my flight, Zimcarry personnel had messaged me to confirm my hotel location and sent me an email with my booking number. I booked the Zimcarry service, which is located in the Incheon airport terminal 1, B1 of the railway. The service opens at 7 am which was convenient because by the time I finished processing with the Korea Immigration Service, exchanging some cash, and getting an eSIM, it was already 7 am. When I arrived at the Zimcarry location, the receptionist had my information ready. They also provided a link for me to upload a photo of my luggage before and after delivery. I’m glad I used this service because I saw many people struggling to carry their luggage bags in the city. There was a bit of a delay in delivery due to weekend traffic, but the hotel receptionist received my luggage by the time I returned from dinner.
