Kúpeľné a masážne zážitky v Lay. Retreat v Kuala Lumpur

initially when booking, I did not know I had to request for a joint room, so if you book a couples massage don't assume it's going to be in the same room.. the reception was very accommodating and gave us a nice couple room for our massage. massage wise is good, the welcome drink and post massage drink is good! the price onsite was rm270.. so there was really no klook discount.. infact I paid more with my klook 😢

the place has a nice ambience, sleek and chic! the masseuses (Aprilia) was very polite and friendly, even advice to soak my feet with warm water with salt when i get home. will definitely come again. 🥰

clean place. friendly and professional.

You can either book your appointment online, quoting Klook voucher or drop them a whatsapp message. Super convenient! Massage was really good, great environment.

Moja manželka si to naozaj užila! Stačí sa priamo skontaktovať a potvrdiť termín. Číslo nájdete na svojom voucheri. Celkovo 👍

If you want an aesthetic, highly comfortable, and moderately priced self-care day alone or with a partner, Lay. Retreat delivers superb value. Just be sure to book well in advance for weekends, as slots fill up quickly.

The whole process of booking, redeeming, and experience was easy, smooth, and wonderful. Massage was delivered according to your level of strength, as requested. You can request them for specific focus on certain body parts, as you wish. The only thing lacking is the temperature that couldnt be adjust, as the whole place relies on centralised air conditioning. The only thing that the masseuse can do is to give you an extra blanket, which was bearable for me.

Got it for my best friends birthday and she loved it. The staffs were lovely and helpful. the masseur looked so tiny but the massages were good and up to par

From the moment we stepped into Lay, we were well taken care of. The masseuse was skillfull and the environmemt was very clean and chill!

조용하고 좋아요! 불필요한 대화 없어서 더 좋았음. 친절하고 상냥한 직원분들.
