Absolutely amazing experience at Ayu Borneo! The location right at Ansa Hotel Bukit Bintang is super convenient. The Royal Thai massage was exactly what I needed to relieve my muscle tension. The therapist was highly skilled, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and it’s definitely worth the money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage in the city!

V tomto masážnom centre som zažil absolútne úžasný zážitok. Od chvíle, keď som vošiel, bola atmosféra relaxačná a upokojujúca – presne to, čo som potreboval po dlhom, stresujúcom týždni. Personál bol ústretový a profesionálny a prostredie bolo čisté, tiché a veľmi pohodlné. Moja terapeutka bola neuveriteľne zručná, vnímavá k preferenciám tlaku a presne vedela, na čo sa zamerať. Každý pohyb pôsobil účelne a terapeuticky. Odchádzal som s pocitom úplného osvieženia a uvoľnenia, s citeľným uvoľnením napätia v tele. Použité oleje boli príjemné a teplota v miestnosti bola akurát. Naozaj to pôsobilo ako personalizovaná procedúra. Ocenil som pozornosť venovanú detailom a rešpektovanie súkromia počas celej masáže. Toto miesto je skrytý poklad a určite sa sem budem pravidelne vracať. Vrelo odporúčam každému, kto si chce oddýchnuť a zažiť špičkovú masážnu terapiu. Stojí za každú minútu a každý ringgit! Určite si znova zarezervujem a privediem aj svoju rodinu.

I added on aroma oil, mine was Ginger (for pain relief) and my husband chose Lemongrass (for anti-stress), RM12 each and totally worth it. The session started with a relaxing foot soak, followed by head and shoulder stretches, then a full body massage that was simply perfect! The pressure, flow, everything 10/10! 🌿✨ You can also add on 30 minutes to make it a 120-minute session for only RM55, which is such a great deal! Overall ambiance was calming, massage experience was really good & massage therapist is well exeperienced. I had to queue for 15 minutes at reception when I arrive, maybe can have separate walk-in & reservation counter. After massage, they served hot ginger drink and it’s refreshing.

It was my first time visiting Ayu Borneo & it was a great experience. The therapist was really good and didn't talk during the session, really appreciate the quiet moments while having a massage. Perhaps, before applying the oil, it would be helpful to briefly describe the type of oil being used to avoid any allergic reactions for guests.
