Two reviews because I got two rooms for my extended family. Again, great hotel in ideal location. Really clean and roomy with attentive staff and perfectly located to easily move around Taipei. Bathrooms are large and beds comfortable. FYI, for whatever reason this hotel, along with the other 4 we stayed at in Taiwan, does not utilize hooks nor have dressers/drawers. Be prepared to live out of Suitcase. Not an issue per se, but odd.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a great location. Rooms and hotel pristine and roomy. Bathrooms have both shower and separate tub and bidet toilet with plenty of space. Hotel entrance is steps away from Exit 6 of the Daan Station on the Red Line. Getting around is easy. Plus located near major intersection with shops and restaurants and attractions nearby. There is even a Swensen's ice cream parlor/restaurant on-site and cafes and coffee stand steps away. Super secure with 24/7 staff and use of room key card needed to access floors and rooms. Easy location for uber/Taxi drop-off and pick-up out front.

The location is great. The subway is downstairs at the gate. The staff is extremely helpful. Special thanks to the front desk staff Nancy. She’s very patient and helpful for our stay in Taiwan.

I had an amazing stay for 4 nights! Everything was very clean and the staff were very professional and nice. The only downside was that the card key could accidentally get deactivated if it gets too close to a smartphone, but the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly! The location was also very convenient. There is a MRT entrance for the red line literally right outside the hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay. First, the staff confused us with another guest and made us wait an unnecessarily long time to check in. After that, we were told to park in the hotel’s car park, only to find that it was already full. We had to pay to park elsewhere for our entire stay. When we informed the staff, we were simply told that if there were no spaces available, we would have to find parking ourselves. This response was unacceptable. We booked and paid for a room that included parking, but the hotel failed to provide the service we had paid for. Better management and communication are clearly needed.
