The hotel is in a great location, close to many facilities, restaurants, and tourist attractions, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. The room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. However, I noticed that used towels were not replaced during housekeeping unless specifically requested. I was also disappointed with the way the late check-out request was communicated. Although I booked through Expedia, paid for a room upgrade, and paid for airport shuttle service, I did not feel that these additional purchases were meaningfully recognized or reflected in the overall guest experience. The welcome amenities (wine, chocolates, popcorn, and crackers) were the same as those provided to guests booking directly with the hotel, and they were only provided for one night, which was not clearly communicated in advance. I was also unable to benefit from available coupons because I booked through Expedia. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and I would recommend the hotel for its excellent location. That said, there are opportunities to improve guest communication, service consistency, and the recognition of upgraded bookings.

The Village is a unique experience. From the street it looks like a historic building - but go into the lobby the through to your unit, you are experiencing a community neighbourhood. The checkin was seamless, the host took us to our unit and gave us a tour of the 2 story townhouse. There was an amazing welcome gift waiting for us. Everyday we had efficient room service. The location was perfect. Within 2 blocks there were places to eat and shop. The Village has a luxury feel to it and its has a beautiful exterior. I would recommend this location for anyone that likes having comfort when travelling.

Great hotel! Convenient location, very clean, plenty of supplies, cute gift basket with snacks and wine, responsive staff and very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Our stay was just perfect! The welcome, our room, the amenities, how close/easy it was to everything. We had a wonderful stay. Our only criticism would be breakfast, as the menu was quite limited and is vegetarian. What was available (and the coffee) were delicious, but options were rather limited. It was also my birthday during the trip and while the staff did know about it, have to say I was slightly disappointed not to receive any form of gift/recognition on the day - which is something venues would normally do.

Beautiful room and property. We were in last unit closest to trains so it was noisy when windows opened but we got used to it. Great location. Housekeeping was wonderful when we had requests. The breakfast was great, loved the cooked to order choices. Had a great dinner at the restaurant directly across the street. Would stay here again. Had an adorable picnic table outside our door.

Room very clean, upstairs sleeping area air conditioning was weak or inoperative. Nice amenities like nespresso machine and induction cooktop, full size refrigerator/freezer etc. nice little apartment.
