This was not a bad stay. We were right in the heart of the Grand Place. Property was clean. We had plenty of space for our family. It was actually very quiet.

Great location. Dark entrance but our rooms were bright. Rooms could use a bit of a sprucing up but all in all good place. Would use it again.

First I had room that shower stopped working and fell off so the lady at the lobby changed my room to a great one that I had best view Breakfast was great location is excellent

This location is amazing! It's just about half a block to the Grand Place and it's located within the pedestrian zone so there is no traffic. You can walk out and explore on foot very easily. There is a restaurant there and many others nearby. I was surprised to find I had a little Juliette balcony in my room so I could watch the happenings on the street below. The bathroom was huge, everything was clean and you just can't beat the location.

Staff is good. It looks to be short staff or they are just distracted talking to each other. It's clear that renovations is in order. Allergies alert: carpets in the rooms. The front rooms need much better sound proof. I could clearly hear everything happening outside. For the price it's OK because is well located. But it's the only good thing about the price.

We especially loved- The location. Location, location, location. The quadruple room is great- it has a loft! Two beds up, two beds down! The front desk help was helpful. Don’t, however, buy the parking. We never found it.
