1. No parking
2. No elevator
3. No fridge, no microwave
4. No AC, only 1 tiny fan
5. Electricity was on and off and its summer in Brussells, we opened our windows due to heat & humidity
6. Bathroom has a a strong fould odor, lots of molds
7. The hotel smells bad
8. Pictures on their marketing post disguising the real condition of the hotel
9. Staff has no connections with guests/ flat affect
10. Front desk until 11 pm only, we need to call them internationally to report that the power went out

For Madrid and where I was the price was very good. The room was very basic but clean and had everything I needed very central lots of great bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel bed was terrible—extremely uncomfortable. It made noise constantly; every time I moved or turned from side to side, it creaked loudly. The bathroom also had a horrible smell of sewage.
