The hotel was in a great location easy walking to the center and sights. Breakfast was a little limited but good and regularly topped up. Our room was clean and roomy , we had a small balcony looking out the back. We enjoyed our stay

Excellent central hotel. Lovely hotel. My husband was very pleased with the bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here one night due to a booking issue with another hotel. Wish we would’ve just booked this one! It was fantastic. Clean, modern, and the best breakfast I had in my two weeks in Portugal. If I ever return to Lisbon I will be staying here and telling anyone I know who is going!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent, really went out of their way to help and accommodate us. The young man on night shift Monday the 25 th, even took our bags out to the Uber and loaded them for us. The morning breakfast had everything you could possibly want in a beautiful dining room. Best pastel natel of all we tried in Portugal ( in our opinion) . The location of this hotel was perfect. We would defintely stay here again.

The Memoria FLH hotel had a lovely breakfast and living room. It was a great gathering place for fellow travelers and friends. There were treats and coffee available in the afternoon. The staff embraced the "feels like home" attitude by being very accommodating, for example setting breakfast out a bit earlier for early travel situations and bringing up your luggage. There is a twenty-four reception that was able to help with all needs. There us a grocery store across the road as well.

We stayed one night prior to our cruise departing from Lisbon. The location is ideal and allow us to walk too many points in Lisbon. Staff super friendly and very accommodating. Enjoyed the morning breakfast. Would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast and the room it was served in was wonderful. The room we stayed in was too small, noisy although windows were closed and it should really be refurbished, it showed a lot of signs of wear and tear
