The beds are very comfortable. All rooms have great views. Dinner and breakfast buffets offer many options. Highly recommended.

Room is spacious and clean. The alternating onsen rooms are good for a variety of options for you to try. The buffet breakfast and dinner has a good enough choices of food. Ample parking space is available as well.

I wanted to provide feedback on one of your female front desk staff during my recent stay. She appeared unwelcoming and impatient, making both check-in and check-out uncomfortable. Her lack of friendliness and assistance was disappointing.

Spent one night on the way to kagoshima. Great hotel, very clean, amazing dinner and breakfast, Great amenties. Underated hotel, had a short but lovely time there.

Newly renovated Kumamon room made will make you smile. There are many photo opportunities with Kumamon in the property. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended.
