As always, super clean and modern. Rooms are functional and mattresses true western-style (iykyk :-) ) Great location next to train station (not noisy at all - no trains at night?) with bus services or fairly short drive to explore the Mt. Aso area. Restaurants and Lawsons in walking distance.

The front desk staff with glasses was rude. Never let me finish what i had requested say he understand but he did not. He wanted to finish check-in us first but the issue is that we had a request that he did not even want to listen.

We have stayed at three Fairfield Marriott hotels on this trip and they have all been excellent. The rooms are modern & spacious and the staff are extremely helpful.

The hotel staff were not very helpful. It would be better if they could provide useful information, such as nearby restaurants, when guests check in at the counter—especially since the hotel does not have its own dining facilities. Many guests are visiting for the first time, so this kind of guidance would really improve their experience. Many parking lots near hotel. 👍
