Beachwalk Residence

The hotel offers a well priced 3 bedroom apartment in Kuta, walking distance to the beach and literally above the Beachwalk shopping centre. Whilst the apartments have great amenities (fridge, filtered water machine and microwaves), are clean and had plenty of bedrooms, the living space was small and not a place that the 5 of us could hang out in. The apartments were noisy, with the shopping centre not closing until 11pm on a Saturday night. We heard the same 4 songs on repeat for the soccer World Cup, literally until the shopping centre shut. The swimming pool and gym are small, so if it’s a lie by the pool kinda holiday that you are after, stick to a resort. The staff were lovely and could not be faulted. The breakfast is at the hotel next door called Yelo and was pretty uninspiring. Limited choices and limited seating. I would recommended not having breakfast included and head to a cafe near by instead. Overall, beds for all my family for a great price and close to the surf.

Overall okay, very convenient location(right next to the mall) but I had some issue with facility (with one of the bathroom malfunctioning) and had to change the room during my stay

Great stay for families, apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location at Beachwalk Mall. Would stay again.

Great stay

Staff are friendly and helpful. We did not dine in the Residence dining because it is right next to the mall with restaurants, coffee shops, and food court. Room has microwave oven, refrigerator, and drinking water and dispenser, and balcony. The only drawback is the gym is very small with no basic amenities like towels or drinking water.

It’s excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious, location is prime. The important part is the hospitality and the service is super excellent. The staff from security, receptionist, house keeping are super friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family and for sure I’ll be back

Great location

Overall was good. Just that we saw the house keeping wearing shoes into the unit even after mopping. Should have removed shoes. Not enough bin in the unit.
