Smooth check in process. Outdoor pools were amazing. Great location, walking distance to the local shops and mall. However, rooms were very smelly, had to call housekeeping as toilets were not working. Breakfast was below average.

staff were really friendly and welcoming. Better for younger families I would say. Breakfast was fantastic. Nice selection of activities for young children. Only down side is this is a pretty noisy hotel in the evening. Often families coming back around late and we had a room next to us that was obviously a joining room for another family but they were very loud and it almost felt like they were in the same room. We really enjoyed our stay but it was a little noisy at night. If you want a peaceful relaxing evening and have older children I would recommend a villa stay instead.

The room was very clean, staff very friendly everywhere we were, very helpful everytime , pool was amazing, we came with kids, they had the best time with all the activities available for them everyday!! We will be back!!
