If you are allergic to dogs or cats do NOT stay at this hotel. There are multiple dogs and 1 cat roaming all around the hotel and next to/in rooms. I am allergic to dogs and my allergies were terrible, especially inside my room. I think they let dogs inside my room previously. And there was mold in my bathroom above the tub. Other than that the hotel was good. Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was great, great location as well.

Property is very well located you can walk all around of restaurants, boutiques etc. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Love the hotel, the area. I traveled together with my family.

Good area, all staff are friendly include Henna and Latte. The room is so nice and cozy. Rooftop is amazing.

We stayed at henna hotel in a cold week in February and we were so impressed with how warm the room was, and how hot the water could get! The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room for free when we arrived, and daily housekeeping was excellent.
The breakfast was so delicious, with tons of local varieties from fresh honey and butter to homemade cakes and pastries. The coffee and tea were also so delicious. The rooftop restaurant also had beautiful views of Goreme. Overall such a comfortable stay with excellent service.
