Katapa Stone House

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The hotel is in a good location - about a 5-10 minute walk to the main part of town in a quiet neighborhood. Great balloon viewing and the wifi worked well. The staff were nice, but not particularly helpful. And the rooms weren't super clean, particularly the bathroom. There was a leak in the ceiling above our toilet and the staff promised to fix it the same day. It was never fixed. We were later told there was a jacuzzi in the room above and they couldn't find the leak. The breakfast was also disappointing. The first day we got to breakfast with an hour left and all the hot options were gone and were never refilled even though we asked (in Turkish). For the rest of the trip we made sure to get to breakfast within a half hour of it starting and things were a bit better. We also booked the room with the pool and we didn't know it was a heated pool. Wasn't great for June. It is probably amazing in the winter, but it wasn't great to swim and it made the room hot and humid. There are tons of hotels in Goreme and I will choose a different one next time.

It was an Ok hotel, there's some improvements that needs to be made.

Lovely hotel, great hot air balloon views

It 's like a house or a pension, not a hotel, the rooms at the first floor is reached by outside open long stairs, not covered as well as the breakfast room which is in the roof. Not suitable for people with knee or walking problems. The location about 15 minutes walk to the city center , and at night it's darkish to reach to the hotel walking. In the reception 3 dogs which fights and barks with each other, which makes it difficult to communicate with receptionist.

Room was ok, but hotels.com booking for 2 adults and 1 Child (15) as per their app showed 3 people were accommodated, but it was not true. Again I am being mislead by this app. Beside of the room’s size, the room was ok, only the shower was open and all water were coming around the floor. They have good service, but breakfast was not good as announced. Very basic and low standards. I believe is overall that side of Kapadoccia.

Friendly staff, clean room & great breakfast included

Mr. Hasan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was efficient in arranging the tours and Airport transfers as well as guiding & advising about the are.

The staff were very friendly and warm. The location is separate from the crowded areas but still close and walkable.

Stayed here in October 2025 and it's a wonderful hotel. Super friendly staff always willing to help, comfortable and clean. walking distance from the city center and easily accessible.

Too bad no hot air balloons today.Got to go back to Istanbul as wife dialysis session coming.
