Interlaken is overall a small city but the Aarburgh is in the middle of everything… staff super friendly and helpful, rooms big and convenient for large groups, the hotel only has 6 rooms (that I could count). No AC, but you open the window and have a cool breeze

Very clean. Not enough storage - just 2 hangers and 4 hooks and we were there for 3 nights. Towels extremely rough and low quality. Breakfast buffet offered only on 2 out of 3 days - very simple and basic. Just bread, toaster, 1 cheese, yoghurt and cereal. Simple but adequate. The last day they made us order from their cafe menu which dud not suit us (a bit fancy) and restricted to 1 choice - but when I said I would like yoghurt and some bread and ham they did do it. They made us feel awkward and to,d us on booking in that Expedia had undercharged us. We probably would gave picked a different hotel if looking at a higher price bracket. Would stay again though as very clean and well positioned.

Staff friendly and welcoming ,the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. Centrally located.
