The hotel was wonderful, while there wasnt mt. Fuji views, it was walking distance to areas with mt. Fuji views. The amenities here are great, from the manga cafe to the meal service to the onsen. I hope to stay here again soon!

Enjoyed our stay. Room were nicely appointed and had plenty of space for 5 adults. Very clean. Nice location. Room keys wouldn’t work a few times but the staff were helpful to fix the problem. We would stay again!

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars! We had an amazing time and were really sad to leave. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious and we loved the hot tub in our room. A truly incredible stay for families - we really hope to come back one day!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also loved the view of the lake and the wonderful onsen. The buffet dinner was also very fancy and delicious.
