Rooms are a little small but location is great as is the breakfast. Beautiful spa with large hot tub sauna and steam room.

Location was good and bed, bathroom was comfortable. Reception staff lacked any care for their guests or facility. We were stuck in a first floor room where we found the ski lockers all broken. Reservations for restaurants were made only online so they wouldn't call for you (I ended up calling and getting a reservation when they couldn't). They don't really help with understanding the buses, getting your ski equipment, etc. I got injured and they seemed to care less. The breakfast is okay but lacks any warmth from the staff or vegetables. Reception closes at 11 pm.

Thank you Ebba and team for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond with trying to help.
