Premier Inn Edinburgh Cc Royal Mile

What staff? We arrived to hordes of people with 2 automated checkin kiosks, of which ai think I counted 2 people that were able to use them successfully. The location is good. The bar in the hotel was decent. The room itself was huge for a European hotel room, but the bath/shower combination was deadly. Climbing into the shower required gymnastics abilities, but climbing out was life risking. Seriously, getting out of the shower was scary. I should have taken pictures (not of me climbing out of the shower, just of the setup? Premiere Inn you get what you pay for. It was a clean room which in the end is all you really need. I probably won't book a Premiere hotel again.

Very clean, spacious and quiet room. The breakfast on site was very good and convenient. Location to the Royal Mile, Waverley station and all the attractions was great.

Excellent location to everything in Edinburgh. Walking distance to it all!!!

The property was better than expected for a budget hotel. We will definitely consider Premier the next time we are in Scotland.

breakfast was good. room was small but clean and had hot water kettle and nescafe. staff was nice and always willing to sort out any small problems we had like needing iced water, using restroom in the cafe area after hours while the kid was using the restroom in our room. the room has AC. location was good too. royal mile as well as milkman was within 8 minute walking. the stay was comfortable.

This is a self-help hotel; we did not do our research. Kiosk check in and create your own card. To receive help, you need to press a call button as there is limited staff. Another thing to note if you haven't traveled in a while is the key clip that operates the lighting system. Excellent location! We were close to the train station and Edinburgh City Center. Fun! Evening staff member Diego was quite helpful in helping with the room while also serving as restaurant waitstaff. Thanks Diego!

Great location next to the train station. A very short walk from the Royal Mile and many attractions. Clean rooms with plenty of space.

AC NOT WORKING IN THE ROOM AND WE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES BUT STAFF NEVER FIXED GAVE A SMALL FAN .. STAFF NEVER SHOW UP AND YOU HAVE TO RING THE BELL AND WAIT 30 minutes
