Hub By Premier Inn Edinburgh - Royal Mile

It was clean room, but the space was very less, hardly room to roam around. They gave us only one towel and one hand towel. There was no provision for tea or coffee. All in all for one night it was okay.

Unique hotel. Wonderful. Staff excellent.

The property was a little dingy and confusing to navigate and the staff was un attentive.

Check-in was easy, onsite bar, complimentary coffee, tea and water were appreciated and convenient; however, the room could use a thorough cleaning. There was dust caked up in several areas of the room, the floors along the bed and walls look like they’ve never been vacuumed, and the carpet was stained/needs cleaning or replacing. No outlet in the bathroom & the lifts were malfunctioning. The location is great for accessing many of the sights in Edinburgh, but I don’t recommend this hotel.

The shade in the rom was broken. Lack of cleanliness throughout the property. Broken elevator.

Great location and shower worked well.

The first room we were placed in was filthy. The carpet was very dirty and the shower was moldy! We were given another room with a cleaner carpet; however, there was still mold in the shower. We didn’t ask for another room because we were traveling and were very tired. This was very disappointing since we stay in Premier Inns often. The amount of money we paid for this room was much more than the room was worth. In our travels to Ireland and the U.K. we have stayed in many Premier Inns. Based on this one, the Hub, we’re rethinking our choice of staying in Premier Inns again!

The employees were great!! Very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and extra towels were available if needed.

Smaller room but huge bed and wonderfully clean and so convenient to the Royal Mile.
