The Apartment was fabulous, central in location, pristine, and well designed to accommodate all needs. The initial communication could have been improved and anxiety averted, if it advised when and how the check-in process worked in advance … I.e. a door code would be sent at the time of check in. However after check-in, all flowed really well. The only other addition to the welcome pack would be washing up liquid, or for it be provided the same as shower gel and hand soap. Minor points aside, I would highly recommend BeMate, it suited our needs perfectly and was a joy to come back to each time. Thank you to the helpful front desk and whole team.

This is in a good location- a short walk to Centro Alamedo train station and very close to city centre locations. The apartment was quiet and overlooked a pedestrian road. The photo on the website was confusing as there was a staircase in the living area but our apartment was all on one level thankfully as we didn’t want to find we had a bedroom upstairs and the bathroom on another floor. I did message the accommodation provider to check as we wanted everything all in one floor but didn’t hear back and I couldn’t be bothered to chase them about it. Luckily it was just what we wanted. High spec modern attractive decor. Only complaint was there were a small number of flies - 3 or 4 and some ants on the floor. But it was spotlessly clean so wouldn’t blame that. Would definitely stay there again. Check in was a bit frustrating as filled in the forms several days before arrival but then as we were on the bus travelling from Nerja was being asked to provide a digital signature- I wasn’t sure how to do this and there was a lot of messages back and forth - a bit tricky as we sometimes lost signal,

A miserable failure. This is a remote acccess with a code only hotel that handles service issues from a call center. Our first interaction with the call center was dropped after 30 mins and the second call went just as long and was also unproductive. In the end, the call center was unable to send me an building access code because we had reserved and paid for a 4 person room (for more space) but we were only 3 people.

Spotlessly clean but the cooker didn't work (and no note to say it was inoperative) and the safe failed - fortunately when there was nothing in it. But a nice room and helpful staff.

I had an amazing stay in Sep 2025. Room was very clean and spacious, no issues at all with noise or checking in. The team was very responsive and helpful, which I especially appreciated as a solo female traveler. Only wished I could spend more time in the room and and have a longer stay.
