Ideally, my overall rating is a 4.5. The staff was fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was superb (just around the corner from the Duomo complex) and walkable to just about everything Florence has to offer.
The only two issues we had with the property were: 1) the wi-fi was mediocre at best. It was never at full strength. And 2) two mornings the hot water never came on and were forced to take less than ideal showers.
Other than that, we really enjoyed the B&B and would stay again.

Convenient Location. I came with a car and I had no issue parking my car in the garage parking, and it's just a short walk to the B&B. Friendly Service & Clean Room. The receptionist was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Steps away from the Duomo. Breakfast was an 8 minute walk in the Piazza Signora... but what a great breakfast option. the restaurant is beautiful, and you can have a great view of the plaza. breakfast is a buffet and the servers are so lovely. The property itself is great. High ceilings in the room, keeps the noise of the city out. Elevator up to the floor. Comfortable bed, clean. Great value!

Lovely clean room less than five minutes from Duomo. Very efficiently run B&B. Excellent high quality buffet breakfast in local restaurant a short stroll away and fronting on to Piazza della Signoria. Great way to start the day!

I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend! The staff is wonderful and the room was lovely. Right in the middle and close to anywhere you would need to go in Florence. I will 100% stay here again when I come back to Florence one day.
