Great place to stay, right in the heart of Florence. The hotel manager was wonderful and very accommodating/helpful with all requests. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay to explore all Florence has to offer! Centrally located, clean, VERY comfortable beds and the best air conditioning I’ve ever had in Europe. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby which is great for staying hydrated in the summer heat. We would definitely stay here again :)

Great location, easy access yet very secure and good sized room. Helpful and friendly staff and would stay here again. It was very nice, it is downtown in piazza area. Just be mindful of luggage since you will have to walk with it across the plaza to get a taxi.

This place did not disappoint, the location is perfect since you have everything you need just a few steps away. Shopping and restaurants near by which was super convenient. It’s located in a cute plaza however very quiet at night. Our room was nice, clean, and the bed very comfortable. Front desk is super friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

We LOVED our stay here! It was so central to everything that we would literally walk back just to go to the bathroom. The room and lobby area were so cute. Great AC for the hot summer heat and our favorite touch was that the lobby had cold water on tap (sparkling and still) and a little espresso bar with treats as well. The staff was nice and super helpful.

Nicolette was lovely and helpful. Room was clean and cheerful. Nice touches in the lobby. We do prefer a firmer mattress but it wasn’t really an issue. We’d be happy to return and recommend to friends. Thank you.
