හොඳයි roach in the room!! So I asked the old guy at the front desk to empty the trash can, and he muttered something in Japanese that basically meant, ‘What a hassle.’” rude? the young guy in the afternoon was nice and helpful tho.

Great hotel. Awesome location. Very clean. Lovely Onsen area. Room was a decent size and bathroom was biggier than other Japan hotels. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were lovely.

Breakfast is fair. Parking is limited in hotel, need to reserve in advance, but hotel can still provide another parking place in next block of street. Staff is good and kind.

Nice easy hotel with a good central location. Only downsides were that there weren’t extra towels for the public bath. My bathroom towels for my room were the same for the public bath / onsen area. Secondly, the pillows were too flat for my preference.

A good choice if you're travelling by train, as it's within easy walking distance of the station.
The breakfast buffet was okay, but the selection was quite limited compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Japan.
