Lady at check-in, very abrupt, man was very pleasant. great location, 2 lifts, great size apartment, clean but bathroom is very tired and needs refresh, on arrival only 1 small towel, day 3 room serviced and fresh towels ( 2 bath & 2 hand) internet is hit and miss, take time to connect but then is ok, great air con, lots of hot water. The down side and negatives, 07.30 each morning children in apartment screaming, a dog jumping around on wooden floors, 01.00 - 04.00 friday and saturday the noise from the nightclub opposite is dreadful. so many good points but the bad points need to be addressed

The staff was great and they hosted us well. But the apartment was not cleaned and we faced a couple of issues. The staff did their best to solve the issues. But we were not happy with our stay.

View over Plaza Urquinaona is spectacular. Apartment style hotel room is very spacious. Amenities are a little old and the bed was so so, but overall I recommend this property.

The check-in staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in a nice area: 10 min walk to Bari Gotic & Las Ramblas and 5 min walk to Pl. Catalunya. The Apt-Hotel room was spacious, but amenities need updating. The biggest disappointment was the AC split unit in the bedroom: it creaked & made noise, making it difficult to sleep at night.
