Ideal location for attending Real Madrid match. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Elevators are a tad slow but everything else during the stay was great.

Found that when I went to the bar I had to prompt staff to serve me. Better than my last visit but lift went out of use on Saturday. Swimming pool was great. Staff overall were good. Will be back but not my favourite just now.

Disappointed that the lift didn't stop at floor two on numerous occasions. One lift out of use all week I was there. A customer, who claimed she visits regularly through work, says it is a common issue the hotel haven't sorted.

Hotel check in took a while as there was a lot of forms to fill out for each person forbthe police. Breakfast was amazing. The lifts to the first floor always took forever and the stairs are locked so couldn't be accessed going up. Our bathroom was the disabled one and the water didnt flow to the drain but everywhere!
